Office Call Appointments
Please telephone ahead for an appointment so we may maximize our efficiency, and minimize your waiting time. If you wish to see a particular veterinarian, or if your pet needs a recheck for a specific problem, please specify which doctor.

Emergency Services
If the emergency occurs during office hours, please call ahead (if possible) so we will be set up and ready to deal with the emergency as soon as the patient arrives. If the emergency occurs after hours, call our office phone number and the answering service will page the doctor on call. We share emergency call with several other hospitals in the area until 10 p.m. each night. On Sundays and holidays, local coverage is provided from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m. After 10 p.m. we refer emergencies to the full service, fully staffed, emergency hospitals in Brewer or Lewiston. This is to provide our patients with state-of-the-art emergency care that they could not get elsewhere. Our office begins answering our phone at 7 a.m. Monday through Friday, and at 8 a.m. on Saturday.

House Calls
House calls can be a good alternative to an office visit in certain situations. Please call the office ahead of time to arrange for a house call. At this time, the technicians will provide you with more details.

Fees
Please call for more information regarding the cost of procedures and products. We can provide a written estimate for any procedure or surgery. All routine services must be paid in full at the time of the visit.
