Office Call Appointments
Please telephone ahead for an appointment so we may maximize our efficiency, and minimize your waiting time. If you wish to see a particular veterinarian, or if your pet needs a recheck for a specific problem, please specify which doctor.

Emergency Services
The hospital may be reached for emergency care by calling 873-2759 7am to 6pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 7am to 8pm on Thursday and Friday, and 8am to 5pm Saturday. Please call ahead (if possible) so we will be setup and ready to deal with the emergency as soon as the patient arrives. If the emergency occurs after hours we refer to the full service, fully staffed emergency hospitals of Animal Emergency Clinic of Mid-Maine, 37 Strawberry Ave., Lewiston, 777-1110 or Eastern Maine Emergency Veterinary Clinic, 15 Dirigo Drive, Brewer, 989-6267. This is to provide our patients with state of the art emergency care that they could not get elsewhere.

House Calls
House calls can be a good alternative to an office visit in certain situations. Please call the office ahead of time to arrange for a house call. At this time, the technicians will provide you with more details.

Fees
Please call for more information regarding the cost of procedures and products. We can provide a written estimate for any procedure or surgery. All routine services must be paid in full at the time of the visit.
